RESERVATION
How to make a reservation
You can book directly on our website or by email at info@camping-biper-gorri.com or by telephone on 05 59 93 96 88.
How can I check that my reservation has been registered?
You will receive a confirmation email. If this is not the case, you can contact us directly by telephone.
Is the campsite VACAF approved?
We are VACAF-approved, but the scheme only operates during the school vacations.
Can I pay for my stay with an ANCV cheque?
Yes, you can pay for your stay using ANCV vouchers. We are happy to accept them as payment.
CHANGE MY RESERVATION
How can I change my stay?
To modify your stay, simply contact us directly by telephone.
What are the modification conditions?
To change your booking, it is essential that you contact us at least one month before the date of your stay.
CANCEL MY RESERVATION
How can I cancel my stay?
If you wish to cancel your stay, please contact us by email or telephone.
What are the cancellation conditions?
In the event of cancellation, you must take out cancellation insurance to be reimbursed.
DURING MY STAY
Is there entertainment all season long?
April to early September. The Piki Club is only available in July/August.
Is it possible to rent bicycles?
We rent electric bikes, but you must be at least 16 years old.
What are the pool opening times?
10:00 am – 7:00 pm (April, May, June, September, October)
10:00 am – 8:00 pm (July/August).
Are the pools heated?
The indoor pool is heated to 28°C throughout the campsite’s opening hours.
The outdoor pool and paddling pool are heated in July and August (weather permitting).
THE CHILDREN
From what age are children looked after by the activity leaders?
Ages 6 and up. WE WON’T BE ABLE TO TAKE ANY CHILDREN UNDER!
Are babies and children counted in the number of people for accommodation?
In fact, in our establishment, babies and children are included in the total number of people for accommodation.
ANIMALS
Can I bring my pet?
Dogs are accepted in rentals, dogs and cats in pitches.

When is the campsite open?
The campsite opens from 06/04/2024 to 02/11/2024
What time can I get there?
We will contact you the day before your stay to arrange your arrival time.
Arrivals are from 4pm onwards, but you can arrive earlier to bring your documents forward. It will be possible to move in if the rental is already ready.
Will I have to pay a deposit for my stay?
In TWO locations:
– 10€ for entry badge
– 10€ for emergency token
For rental THREE deposits:
– 240 € smoking ban and deterioration of accommodation
– 70€ or 90€ (premium) CLEANING PACKAGE if you don’t want it done on departure
– 10€ emergency token
Is end-of-stay cleaning included in my booking?
End-of-stay cleaning is not included in your reservation.
It will be deposited on the day of your arrival (70€ or 90€ premium). We will collect it if you do not wish to clean up at the end of your stay.
Are rentals equipped with air conditioning and heating?
We don’t have air conditioning in our accommodations, but all our rentals have heating.
Do rentals come with blankets?
Yes, all our rentals are equipped with comfortable comforters and pillows to ensure your comfort during your stay.
Can I access the aquatic area without staying?
You can access the aquatic area if someone you know is staying at the campsite at the time. Admission to the pool is €12 adults, €10 children. You will then be given a wristband for access to the pool.
Are sheets and towels provided?
Bed linen is not provided in all rentals, but is available at extra cost (€12 for double bed, €10 for single bed and €5 per person for bath kits).
In which rentals are sheets and towels provided?
The kits are supplied with the Key-West, Otello and O’hara 1064 premium mobile homes.
How does Sauna/Hammam access work?
The sauna/steam room is available on reservation (at least 1 hour in advance) during reception opening hours. The price is €4 per person for one activity or €8 for both. You’ll have a private 30-minute slot.
Access to the sauna/hammam is included in premium mobile homes (Key-West, Otello, O’hara 1064).
What is the minimum age for access to the sauna/hammam?
Access to the sauna and steam room is permitted for those aged 16 and over.
Is it possible to have a sauna/hammam session without staying at the campsite?
The sauna/hammam is also open to the public. It is possible to book (by telephone) a 30-minute or 1-hour session. Conditions and prices are available on our website in the “wellness” section.
What are the conditions of access to the gym?
Our gym is open daily from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm to anyone over 18 staying at the campsite. However, it can be accessed from the age of 16 on presentation of a current-year sports license and written parental authorization (to be presented at reception).
